Happiness Guarantee
While some products cannot be ordinarily be returned, we want to ensure your happiness. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately upon receiving your items and we will seek a resolution to your issue. Final decision on how to handle your complaint will be up to us. Please contact us through our contact page if you are not happy for any reason and we will do our best to assist you.
30-Day Standard Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for non-customized items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original condition unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We also ask that you give us a chance to solve your problem before sending your item(s) back. Please contact us immediately upon receiving your item to allow us time to try to work toward a mutual resolution.
Unless otherwise agreed, customer will pay return shipping and a 10% restocking fee. You must contact us before shipping your item(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and going through our resolution process will not be accepted and you will not receive a refund or new product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please document any shipping damages such as tears to the box or other issues which caused damage during shipping. Let us know about damages by contacting us through our contact page for a fast resolution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. That includes but is not limited to any items that have been personalized, custom orders, perishable goods, flammable liquids, hazardous materials, items purchased on sale, gift cards, and personal care items such as beauty products. If you have any problem with one of these items please let us know on our contact page and we will be happy to assist you to the best of our ability.
Exchanges
The fastest way to handle exchanges it to let us know as soon as you receive your item. If something doesn't fit or there is some sort of problem please contact us on our contact page and we would be happy to assist you in processing your exchange. Returned products must be shipped by customer unless we were at fault. We will waive the restocking fee as long as you are exchanging two similar items, such as changing sizes. Please contact us on our contact page immediately upon receipt of your items and we would be happy to assist you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 21 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Let us know if you do not receive your refund within 30 days of your approval email.
